I love the area wish we had more amenities. II’ve lived here for 10+ years and have asked to get carpet and walls painted but was only approved to get either or done, thats the only downfall.

Location is great, its quiet but the only amenities are the washer/dryer in unit and a garage.

Wonderfully kept units, with modern utilities and great landlord. Double panes windows keep the nois outside, but proximity of 101 make hard to focus if you keep windows opened.

It’s a good community and great location. Wish there were building amenities like a pool and/or gym.

Wonderful place, extremely well kept, extraordinary staff, nice apartments, top finish. Location is prime, but there are cons in having i101 at the next trafic like in term of noise (well mitigated by double plane windows).

Great location, very close to hwy101 (double widows keep all noises OUT) and many shops, including Costco. Sara, the property manager, is nothing short of being perfect. Units have all new appliances and kept well. Superhapoy!
