Great Staff but Noise Issues around
Despite the leasing office staff's excellence, this apartment falls short on soundproofing. The building's age leads to audible maintenance and trash collection, making it unsuitable for those who value quiet living. Neighboring gym and neighbor noise is also audible. Early morning maintenance starts (around 8 a.m.) pose a challenge for late risers. Even for early birds, the level of noise is not far beyond the healthy amount and always give me a heart attacking feeling making me unable to focus at home.

Spacious Apartment & Great Community
1. location is great, close to Target, Walmart, Safeway though the street is full of vehicles and sometimes it's really difficult to get out of the parking lot 2. Great leasing office staff. the only note is that they're more responsive to calls than emails. 3. Spacious Bedroom
