I have lived here 6 months. The grounds at Del Medio Court in Mountain View are beautifully maintained. There are a couple of things I would like to talk about to hopefully improve the quality of life to those who share this living community. *One would be to fix at least one of the elevators to make it compliable to law and those who are unable to climb 3 flights of stairs. *Another would be to keep the rear parking area free of car damage causing things like tacks, glass and screws. Finally I would love to see slip-free mats placed in the laundry rooms. Currently the floors in the laundry room are wet, slippery and a big safety hazard. Especially to those carrying large loads of laundry. It is expensive and the location is premium. There is potential for improvements to enhance this apartment community and improve reputation. Peace to all!

Constantly pipe and water problems. No water pressure, no hot water. Washer and Dryers constantly broken or ruin your clothes. It is reasonably priced for the area. No onsite management but office staff is fairly friendly and helpful. Maintenance people are very nice but the building is just horribly old and degraded.

The apartment isn't built with high standards, so expect to run into a lot of issues: - Shower drains slowly - Some switches don't do anything - The kitchen sink faucet isn't properly aligned - The kitchen sink is shallow - The granite absorbs water and get kind of sticky at times - The exterior really really needs a paint job The location is good, the apartment needs some work
