Need Security camera installation on Parking & Entrance If the maintenance work @ property ends soon, it will be helpful. Can add some benches in common area to sit and relax

Great value

I have lived here for 2 years, and its overall been a great experience for my first apartment living as a young professional. The neighborhood and community is safe, and trustworthy. The upper management (the portal, the trash/recycling overflowing which is a new issue) can be discombobulated at times but are easy and direct with communication overall. The amenities are lacking (small laundry, but affordable) and a pool area that is cleaned and was recently upgraded. Maintenance workers have overall fixed things and have been helpful. Parking can be difficult if you have more than 1 car to a unit. Neighbors all wonderful but it seems we’re all in a silent race to get to the off-street parking first on a daily basis due to the limitations. Pretty great value, and the building has character thats in alignment with the cost. NOT a luxury apartment by any means, but I’ll take what I get for a good location, safe community, and a well-run multi-residential building. I would recommend this location if you are looking for a starter home, and you enjoy access to downtown, stores, health services, community parks, and/or schools.

Management is responsible and nice. They inform the complex when someone parks in the wrong area, are responsive to tenants on RentCafes tickets, and give a notice before performing any maintenance on the utilities. Landscaping is regular. Amazing location, close to everything you need to live well, healthy, safe and comfortably: DT MV Castro St, 85-101, Shoreline Amphitheater, Rengstorff/Byxbee/Eagle Park, swimming pools, tennis courts, libraries, plenty of nearby events to connect with the community. California St can be noisy, if train or emergency vehicles sirens bother you, but there's also just lively white noise from folks walking by.

Please reduce the ever so increasing monthly payments for the rent as if everything isn't already very very hard to come by, thanks!!
