Can be better

Parking: Parking has become quite a puzzle, especially for visitors. The fast towing doesn't help either. Could we consider tweaking the parking policy to ease this? Gym Entertainment: The gym TV is out of order. It's one of the little perks that make workouts enjoyable, so a fix would be really appreciated. Hallway Cleanliness: The carpets in the hallways are looking a bit worse for wear. A deep clean could do wonders for the look and feel of our corridors. Pool TV Volume: The TV volume at the pool is too low. It’d be great if we could get that volume knob turned up a bit for better poolside relaxation. Broken Window: There’s a broken window that’s been on the to-do list for quite a while. It’s a bit of an eyesore and safety concern.

Awesome Apt + NOT so responsible Property Management

Been living here for less than an year. Amazing apartments with way cool roof top facilities and pool. Views from pretty much every floor is amazing. Gym facilities are good, but can be better especially for frequent users. Parking allotment by the poor property management is as bad as the property management themselves. However, the maintainance staff do an amazing job keeping the apartment clean and good. Great common areas and community.
