Neighbor’s noise
I have been here 2 years, no problems except a certain neighbor complaining about our house hold constantly smoking in residence which is not true. Also they are very noisy from very early morning, we are unable to sleep after working long hours.

Great staff, less than great tenants
I love the staff here and I do love my apartment. But it is noisy and the tenants seem to forget that there are others that live here. Tenants will leave their laundry laying around the laundry room, leave their tools in the parking lot, and the children playing in the yard leave their garbage for the staff to clean up the next day. This place has the potential to be great, despite the fact that it is older. I know they are working hard to make some upgrades.
Staff Make This a Great Place to Live
It's no secret that most apartments aren't worth the value these days. This place is older and is very expensive. However, I love it here. The layout of the apartment is perfect and it is close to everything. There are a lot of kids here which does bring the noise level up, which I do not mind. However, there are a lot of kids that do not respect the neighbors by leaving trash around and running up and down tenant stairs. I praise the management who are now taking action against this with notices they have left. They are also addressing the issue of tenants leaving their laundry in the machines overnight. Management and maintenance are highly responsive and kind and go above and beyond to be helpful. This factor alone makes this a great place to live and worth the other inconveniences.
