Great, Loud, and Sudden Stops

My spouse and I have lived in the neighborhood for about two years and are very pleased with the wonderful personnel and services. However, a significant drawback of living in the area is the unsupervised children. We have witnessed numerous instances when children are running around unattended, frequently causing property damage in the community center and abrupt car halts in driveways due to children running/biking behind hidden and blind spots, nearly causing accidents. Overall, if you can live past the loud background noise then this is a wonderful neighborhood.

Cute small 1BR Apartment, with a reasonable Rent, right across from Fremont Hub. Has all the usual amenities. & maintenance. Just gets noisy at times. The apartments do not have installed light & fan, which is a huge bummer.
