Some pluses and a few major minuses

Positives: Good school district (if you dont have kids, you end up paying an unnecessary premium), some apartments have nice views, maintenance staff are friendly and responsive. Negatives: You get a few hundred dollars added for garbage, sewage, etc (not on advertised price), the windows are not double-paned (so you will be cold bc, in this particular spot, there is a cold front which comes in from the Ocean and/or pay a lot for heat), and highway 280 is loud. The worst is if you plan to rent long term, you will be surprised at renewal time.

Noise is really really bad. Windows are absolute no sound proof. apartments are cold especially with apartment situated with no sunshine coming in.

Love living here

Have lived here for 1 1/2 years-love the people who help with questions and requests, love the location and the light within the property itself; it is such a pleasure to be here and to enjoy a pleasant environment with wonderful people who maintain and keep our property looking and performing well. Overpriced based on amenities and condition of apartment

A lot of green area for pets but I find a lot of poop around the property. The washer and dryer are pretty old and dont work well. The bathroom ceiling and tub need maintenance.

Mostly good

I have lived here for several years. The new management is doing a wonderful job with maintenance repairs and upgrades. I enjoy my apartment immensely. The concrete building makes noise from others barely able to be heard. The only thing I would say there is room for improvement is with communication. The elevator and laundry rooms were down for maintenance and upgrades. The communication from the office staff about this was delayed and not communicated well. Overall, I'm pretty happy here and hope to stay for several more years.
