Best place to live in San Bruno

Living here for the past 3 years has been just about everything we could have hoped for. The property is well maintained and we feel safe here. The staff is super friendly and provides a wonderful living experience. They appreciate their tenants with routine, planned gatherings, and they decorate the lobby for holidays. Although we're not originally from this area, it feels like home here. The amenities are mostly on par with what's expected of a luxury apartment experience. We have experienced our share of issues with occasional elevator outages, fire alarms, and broken garage gate, but these are usually due to some tenants' behaviors that are outside of the property's control. In every instance, it's repaired quickly and with a minimum possible inconvenience to the tenants. Throughout the pandemic, the staff kept the building clean and safe. They kept us informed about restrictions/availability to common areas and made us aware of any health risks in the building while maintaining tenant privacy. If you're looking for your next place to rent, look no further!

Home sweet home.

The place is very cozy, close to everything in the Bay Area, specially SFO Airport.very quiet and safe neighborhood. Parking is also prime and secured. Property management and staff rating is excellent. Pricing is within range. Very clean and modern. Tenants are very friendly and the place is pet friendly. Highly recommend this property.
