Overpriced but in a good area

The past two years living here have been mostly positive, although it is very obvious that I am being overcharged for the studio I'm in. More care could be put into maintaining the amenities in the building such as the washers and dryers that are unreliable and should be covered by the rent I pay.

Easy access to and from work/family/friends/entertainment. Quiet environment, friendly/responsive staff, property is well maintained and clean, and parking is relatively painless and easy. This being my first apartment, I dont have much to compare it to, but having toured other facilities, this is by far one of the nicer spots in all of Burbank/the Valley.

Very pleasant location, well maintained, good value

I have lived here for 2 years and I really enjoy the apartment complex and its location - right across the street from a public library and reasonably close to a couple of supermarkets. The rental office staff are friendly and accommodating, and the building management is responsive to maintenance requests. A very pleasant experience!
