Well Kept

It's a very well kept place in general. I've never seen a place take so much pride in their apartments and grounds upkeep and you never have to chase them down for maintenance. The staff is great. No problems with neighbors and people don't leave dog poo INSIDE the grounds. They do not play that and I love that. Parking is great but you might want a wagon or something to help with groceries. The pool and jacuzzis are nice. The gym is ok. Grills are ok. Not a fan of their basketball court and the other little room they have. It needs some TLC and it feels like you're going through a dungeon to get there and it's a bit warm. I think it'd be great if the building numbers were largely on each building because delivery people often take things to the wrong buildings and it's annoying. I'd say they do it about a 3rd of the time. They're very good about spraying for pests and keeping them away, that hasn't been an issue at all other than spiders. I see them a bit less than I used to but I'm afraid there's no escaping them. There are trees all over the whole neighborhood and the spiders come with them. The neighborhood is awesome. Great schools, very community based. You never have to go far for anything.

I thank very good Ilike my house Being alone is just fine. Every day, I can still watch the sunset, which is very soothing. The fitness facilities in the community are also very good, which enables me to exercise.

Communication Issues

We moved in August 30, 2025 and the apartment balcony was still under construction, for which we were not notified. We have requested a timeline for repairs and rent abatement as the apartment cannot be fully utilized. We have attempted to resolve these issues with the management, but they do not follow through with their promises to keep us informed. It is a shame that we are resorting to this space as a final attempt for a response.

Best apartments

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-located. The host was friendly and responsive, which made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
