There's really good and some bad

I have lived here for over 4 years. The Staff is amazing and friendly. James will immediately help whenever he's around. All of the staff greet you with a smile whenever they see you and do their very best to be helpful. The staff and the beautiful park are the best parts of living here. The pool itself is well maintained but the surrounding furniture is falling apart. I have the biggest grievance with the laundry units. The washing machines don't drain well and leave the clothes that end up on the bottom with a layer of dirt and lint. It is very frustrating to wash your clothes and have them end up dirtier than you put them in. There is one washer in the entire complex that has an extra rinse feature, but that's one of thirteen. I've complained about the washers before and just keep getting told that someone looked at them or cleaned them out a day ago or a week ago so I've stopped reporting the issue. The gym also feels outdated. Every time I've been there, weights have been missing. The elliptical and a lot of the equipment look like it was purchased in the 90s and is not as easy to use as modern gym equipment. Also, over the past few years, I've watched the cleanliness of the complex decline. I feel like every fixture of the complex is overrun with spiders and webs, light fixtures are askew and also filled with cobwebs. I know the staff is trying but feel like it must be a slowly overlooked aspect of walking the property. I love the location and don't want to leave it, but the complaints above have made me consider moving out a lot over the past two years.

My Review

Parc Pointe has been my home for over three years. I enjoy living here. The staff and residence are very kind. My only recommendation for improvement would be for the manager to replace the TV in the fitness room. It has not worked in over two years.

Very comfortable

I have been living here for almost 9 years. The location and price are great. There are enough amenities and places to eat within walking distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I like living here.
