Do not rent from EquityConnect. They refuse to accept timestamped photographs of the condition of the rental premises at move-in and are dishonest about charges. When asking for how they got to their charges at move-out, it was evident they were lying about how much a reputable third party was charging them. Management was always behind in handling maintenance requests and the home was in poor condition at move-in. They have violated several ARLTA laws and act as a good reason why tenants are skeptical of property managers and landlords, both good and bad. Keep looking elsewhere for a rental, there is plenty of supply valley wide.
