Everything but the parking is wonderful

I love living here, and the maintenance staff is great. I live next to office staff and she is wonderful...My only complaints I am next to two trees and the spiders and thistles make it hard to use patio...I may be able to fix that though...Upstairs neighbors are noisy. I don't complain anymore because I recognize that my last upstairs neighbor was amazing......I never had upstairs neighbors before. Next lease right? I can move upstairs....lol... The parking when you have two cars makes it so I don't leave very much at night without using son's car...I don't want to have to look for parking...Parking is really my only issue. I love it here. You guys are great.

San Tropez Life

I very much enjoy living here, so much that I am renewing my lease. A couple of things could be better. Smart home ready would be great, and I have no problem with the guests out at the pool, but the front office blasts their office music out the back speakers, and I can hear it right through my apartment. There's no reason the front office needs to be blasting their music outside.

Plusses and Minuses

Parking maintenance started less than a week after I moved in. Prior notice should have been made. Apartment is not sound proofed. Maintenance staff is excellent.
