Great place to live in the heart of Scottsdale

I have lived here 5.5 years already and i have been quite happy with this apartment, the interior was not really luxurious ir anything and appliences are average what you get when you rent , but staff is really nice and Alex the maintenance guy is very responsive and polite . The office has had some girls come and go but the manager Marissa has been here this entire time and she is the pillar here . Amenities are first class and club house is beautiful.

Nice Place!

I love living at Aliante. I've been a resident for 3 years. The community is nice and quiet. I've never had any issues with noise and the property is well kept. The leasing off staff is nice, helpful, and very professional. I will definitely recommend this property to a friend.
