Good location and great service!

I’ve lived here for nealry 6 years and i love it . Nice amenities and the have EV charging stations which is definitely a nice perk . Maintainence is good very quick to respond and good work done . Apartment is not luxury, but i like the layout plan and the view from my balcony. Neighbors come and go , for the most part i had good onces , recently they let smokers on the lower floor , they smoke on the balcony and smell is lingering up the stairs to my unit

Lived here for ~ 2years. Nice quiet community. Maintenance tickets are taken care with promptness. Nice location, close to schools. Clean community. Suggestion: 1 assigned parking lot instead of open one
