Del Sol

There have been quite a few issues since I have moved in. Parking is not the best, and there is a need for security cameras by pool and parking lot (on the side of the leasing office), as my car has already been vandalized and other tenants are very inconsiderate relative to their trash and picking up after their dogs. The staff is nice and friendly; however, they need to be chased down to have concerns and issues addressed.

Way Finding Program...

My only issue in the past 4 years is how difficult it is for deliveries/drivers to navigate in the complex. Building #'s and apt unit clusters should have signage at the entry (70th) and at the driveways. I have Grubhub 2-3 times a week these days and they consistently need personal direction especially after dark...

just wonderful

Hi Well I must say since Monique has been the property mgr, all is good. The smokers have stopped smoking neighbors are showing better respect with noise, dog poo is being picked I am very impressed With you here they are finally following the rules! My son and I will want to live here for a long time now. thank you, I can't even imagine how challenging your job is
