I like the community a lot! Its clean and my neighbors are nice. It's quiet and in a good location. When I first moved in there was a trash can by the pool, which is by my unit. It was convenient because when I let my dogs out to relieve themselves, I could throw the poop bags in that trash and spare them having to walk across the parking lot on hot asphalt. That can is now gone, which is inconvenient for pool goers also. There is no shade at the pool, the umbrella is locked away in a gated area. So the pool has no trash and no accessible shade. Overall, living there has been great, though

Apartment is nice, cheaper and large then the ones in the surrounding area. Maintenance responses quickly if there is an issue.

Management is questionable at best, there is 0 upkeep on the outside and the pool gets cleared maybe once every two months... if it wasn't for the location I'm not sure anyone would want to live here.

Apartment is spacious, has lots of natural lighting. Only bad thing is the parking situation for guest. There are none but street parking.
