Everything is pretty good.

We have lived here 3 1/2 years. The noise level is on the average; however, some noise is to be expected. We do live in an apartment. The floors do creak quite a bit. It seems people are complaining. We do hear loud music from the apartment on our right and other residents have been complaining it's coming from us. It's not. The incident needs to be addressed at the time of the complaint, which means go to the apartment where you think the noise is coming from. If you show up at out apartment, then you'll know the noise (loud music) is not coming from us. Each resident on each side of our apartment 2064 needs to be notified as well, so there is proof. I love living here! The apartment complex is great, the amenities are great, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and it is located in one of the best areas in Scottsdale. I highly recommend living at the District!

Excellent Apartment Living!

The District at Scottsdale is a wonderful luxury apartment in the heart of North Scottsdale. From the staff to the endless ammentities, i have truly loved my living experience! It is also in a great location to tons of shopping and delicious restaurants! I would highly reccommend!!
