Flags were supposed to be flown at half staff starting Wednesday afternoon, September 10 until Sunday. This complex has not complied with the president’s order and it makes me sick.

I love the location, the stuff office so helpful there is some area need to care pool furniture up date more entertainment, landscape work I don't like when take the grass off plus no renew for home stuff if we asked like Stove, Microwave etc. the maintenance stuff slow to request more knowledge. thanks for open conversation about the community hopefully more progress & success.

Horrible Treatment of Longtime Renters

Spent over two months with a leaking AC unit filling a bucket in my hallway that had to be emptied multiple times a day, despite placing multiple work orders. After each visit where they did "temporary" fixes with the AC off, I was assured they would follow up, then wouldn't hear anything until I called them multiple times. In addition, after living there for 10+ years, they had the audacity to charge me to replace the flooring (more than it costs to replace a whole house of flooring), as if they weren't going to replace it regardless. Disappointing.
