A great place to call home

I have lived at Planco Apartments for almost 10 years. New managementand and amazing Manager and Maintenance man.The only negative right now is the landscaping. A very lousy job is being done to our beautiful yards. Shrubs not being trimmed and the grass looks like the mower blades need sharpening. But thats not a de not a deterrent from keeping you from living in our little hidden home in South Scottsdale,Arizona

I came into tour of the community for me and my daughter. We were looking for something in a good location. Evangelina helped us out and was so helpful , kind and patient! When we are ready, to move definitely be coming back to see Evangelina.

Nice quiet place

We have a manager now that is out walking the property daily and gets things done..It's been a great turn-around and Heather has the place pretty much filled up!! Nice place!
