Lived here for 16 years and am surprised how little is enforced to what we signed on our lease for starters none running/exp tags/flat tires personal trailer don't ever seem to be towed vehicle repairs run rampid people using patios for storage cabinets bags of clothes beds drying clothes up to three barbecues when anyone who lived here 6 years ago was told to remove all barbecues from the property due to Scottsdale fire ordinance unapproved window shades aluminum foil blankets sheets flags in Windows people who beat up two Scottsdale police officers are still able to reside on property which put other residents in fear for their safety and this is just a small amount of what I could have written so if you're asking me if you should move into this property sure if you would like to get away with most stuff and live here where you can just about do anything and have no enforcement and if there is enforcement it seems like it's very selective and not straight across the board for all
