need more words than 2-3
Been here 7 years, 3 ownerships, 3 managements. Current management is condescending, does not care about the comfort of its residents, gives plenty of double speak and more than enough excuses for ineptness. Water shutdowns weekly always a different excuse, too much construction noise and nuisance, too many leases not being renewed with no conscience about dislocating elderly folks Could go on, but choosing to bite my lip now, and move my fingers to more constructive use
Great remodeled Apartment
The Apts. are spacious and are in a great location. My apt was recently remodeled and it is great! The fireplace is a bonus. The maintenance is frustrating at times. Although with the new management it is improving. Still needs work!
Overpriced
The new management came in and immediately increased the rent by $400 but have not upgraded the property or provided any improved amenities. They implemented concierge trash collection and charged the residents an additional fee on top of the rent increase. The amenity is sub-par to say the least. The staff does not appear to be knowledgeable and has on more than one occasion talked down to me. On several occasions I've crossed the path of the new ownership team, they act as if they don't even see me and never speak back. They have an elitist attitude as if they don't need the residents.
