Great place to live and I feel safe. That’s important to me. People are friendly. I can choose to be alone or join in the community.

We are Fla residents who are “summer birds.” This is our 5th year of renting in Eagle Ridge located in Monroeville, PA. We rent from July-October. In 2021 my husband had to hospitalized with a heart condition two days before we were moving out and coming back to Florida. Even though our apartment was already scheduled to be rented, Ian and the office personnel told me not to worry, they would take care of everything, and they did. They told me I had “enough on my plate and to take care of my husband.” Along with the heart condition (hospitalized twice), my husband had Covid and had to have three eye surgeries…detached retina. All this in six months. Finally was able to return to Florida in mid-April. Highly recommend Eagle Ridge. From office to maintenance, everyone is GREAT.

In the years I’ve lived here it’s been a great experience all around!

I love living here. It’s in a quiet and safe community. The only thing I wish was different is the parking situation. It would be nice if we could both have numbered parking spots, but I also understand there are limitations due to limited parking.

Highly recommend good management and nice amenities

Since moving to Hot Metal Flats, we've really come to enjoy the various benefits of living here! Location-wise it's located on the quieter end of South Side, but you can still enjoy various activities and eateries within walkable distance! The management here is great - very welcoming and accommodative to your needs. It has mostly everything you're looking for in apartment, and would recommend staying here without a doubt.

I have enjoyed living at Walnut Towers at Frick Park for over a year. For the value, it is wonderful. The gym is often empty and the staff and maintenance worker, Bill, are very helpful. It is an older building and there are things that come along with that including some leaks, a smaller kitchen and smaller bathroom but the gorgeous view, parking, location, and quiet apartments with thick walls makes it well worth it.

The location permits you to enjoy the Waterfront and East End. The events are fun.

The new ownership has proven to be guest friendly.

Good place to rent but not too long of a stay. They raise the rent every year.

Good apartment

The apartment is nothing to be crazy over but it gets the job done at a good price point with everything else about it being pretty solid.

We have been here since 2018 and the maintenance guys are so helpful and nice. Never had any problems. They go above and beyond for us.

Recently moved in to these apartments. The location is great, the environment is amazing. Not noisy at all, no traffic, they make everything very easy.

My wife and I have been amazingly satisfied with the conditions here and would gladly recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment

Lived here for 3 years and loving it. Very safe neighborhood with lots of trees around, a seasonal pond in the back, occasional deer and regular birds, bunnies and squirrels. Good plantation inside the campus. Most cost effective when you compare with Ventana, ParkWest and nearby apartments. Offer in-house washer-dryer. Very quick maintenance service. Great admin who actively ensure salespeople, etc never enter the complex.

I HAVE A 6TH FLOOR UNIT WITH A GORGEOUS BALCONY OVERLOOKING THE CITY, WHICH COMPLIMENTS THE FLOOR TO CEILING WINDOWS WHICH BRING IN NATURAL LIGHT AND SOUND BUFFERING FOR NOISY CITY LIVING. THE STAFF IN THIS BUILDING IS LIKE NO OTHER. THEY ARE WELL-ORGANIZED, EFFICIENT, AND ADDRESS ALL ISSUES OF THEIR TENANTS IMMEDIATELY. THE FEEL OF THIS BUILDING IS UNIQUE; A WELL-CONSTRUCTED SPACE WITH EVERY DETAIL ADDRESSED, WHICH MAKES THE GLASSWORKS A GEM FOR ANY TENANT LOOKING FOR AN OASIS IN THE CITY.
