I love to stay here. Everything is so accessible especially your grocery stores, near to downtown and beautiful scenery especially in winter & fall season. I always feel safe to stay here, people are helping and good surrounding neighbors too.

Moved in recently and i like it

love my apartment, very peaceful and quiet. dont like that the heat and air is controlled by the building because it gets hot and cold at the wrong time. Also a lot of things were broke when i moved in. for example, my tub doesn't work. My door knob to my bedroom randomly broke and wont screw back on. Other than that, everything else is fine. I love the cleaning ladies!!!!! Great job to them

Needs a lot of improvements. Nice location and the building could be much better with more staff and attention to it problems. All doable if the owners cared.

I like my apartment it s spacious. No problem for parking space.

Living her has been wonderful. The staff answer your questions and help with anything they can. The building holds a lot of activities for Everyone in the building especially the kids. I like that they try yo keep the kids busy. Apartments are very spacious and it looks very nice. You have washer and dryers in the building is very convenient. It your not able to use the laundry room in the building there is a laundry mat across the street from the building. Which is very convenient because it's walking distance as well.

I have lived here for about 7 months now and have really enjoyed this apartment! The location is unmatched, and the apartment is spacious and fits me and my partner perfectly. Being in Center City obviously comes with some cons, like the loud drivers on Walnut Street, but the proximity that we are to so many amazing restaurants, parks, and other public amenities completely outweighs the negatives. The staff are extremely helpful and kind, and the maintenance staff are quick and efficient. There are some aspects of upkeep that could be a bit better. For example, our apartment was not cleaned upon moving in, and the washer and dryer that are shared amongst everyone in the building are not great quality (my clothes always end up still wet after a drying cycle). There have been some other little things, mainly pertaining to cleanliness in the basement and upon moving in, but in all I feel this unit is worth it!

These apartments are well kept. any maintenance problems are handled quickly. The common areas are kept clean. They are accessible to public transportation. Parking has always been available for me no matter what Ime I come home. It is a very quiet area. The staff is accessible and friendly, and they always respond to my calls, My only complaint is that they do not do the windows. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone interested in a nice place to live.

My GF lived here for a year. Parking is great. The building is secure, and the location is not far from the train stations and bus stops for those who do not drive. One of the best places on the area. The apartment was located on the first floor, closed to the fitness center and the laundry room. Despite being verbally threatened by an unknown person that we haven't re-seen since, our experience at this place was great and my GF loved living there. I would recommend Regency House.

As a resident of Lindy Property Management Regency House Apartments for several years, I must say that I have been satisfied with the property. It is in a very nice area that is great for families of different sizes. It is close to public transportation. The apartment is structured well. Management ensures that areas directly around the buildings such as plants are well maintained. Professionals on all levels have been great in addressing needs. I recommend this management and apartment building.

Conventient going to work and grocery store in hair salon

it is very quite, close to grocery stores. This neighorhood is okay, people are freiendly, and helpful. T apt is well kept there is no sign of bed are anything else.

I have been at the willows since it opened i must say its very relaxing and nice quiet area ...love living here ..my daughter even got her first apartment so im happy with this place spacious apartments absolute awesome maitence..

Quiet, save for the children in the area and comes with an in-unit washer and dryer. Central air and heating is good for the extreme heat and cold. I love it here.
