I been living here for 15years! Ever since they sold and remodeled this place it is not the same. yes it looks better what did a sloppy job. My windows don't lock and the front one are very hard to open and don't stay up. The nails are coming up parts of the floor. I have to run my bathtub water to get hot water in the bathroom sink. People smoke in the building and the smell come to my place! No fixing and people don't follow rules! But one thing I can say is that the manager now is nice and helpful can help with things around here. Thank you
