No real amenities, forced valet trash service (which you have to pay for), no security, the Laundromat on site was dismantled in efforts to now charge an additional fee for stackable laundry appliances. I've been a resident for 8 years and have seen 6 different management companies run this community, all with bad reviews on the BBB website. Do your homework before committing to a final decision.

It was going to be temporary because I had just moved here from out of state and have a house in Calabash. I needed a place for work in Greensboro just off the 68, but since then it has declined, still a great value because they have not increased rent as much as I thought they would in 6 years. It really just needs sprucing up and the apartments could use a remodel, they really show their age

Anonymous on Jun 30, 2023Everything at Paces Pointe has been amazing other than the maintenance. We have been here barely over a month. When we first moved in we addressed some things that needed to be fixed. A few things have but the major things still have not. They have been quote on quote looked at but not been repaired. Dryer takes 3-4 times to dry clothes dishwasher still doesn’t wash the dishes. Light in kitchen is still halfway hanging. Breezeway lights downstairs and upstairs still do not work which is a safety issue at night. It is honestly starting to be an issue!
