Corporate and occasionally greedy

Good experience living here, recommend if working nearby. A lack of urgency on the part of the property management to address security concerns followed by unfulfilled promises is disheartening. Looking forward to the team putting a better foot forward towards respecting our personal and property safety.

Great place to live!

Great location, wonderful clean apartments, excellent maintenance staff. Leasing staff could be more organized at times. Parking is not regulated at all, never have to worry about towing.

Great Downtown Living

LINK is fantastic for its location and amenities. It's very nice throughout thanks to a wonderful management and maintenance team. Given that I sleep soundly, noise was rarely an issue for me. However, my partner often complained of the noise from the nearby trains and partygoers leaving bars around 2 a.m. on the weekends. It's a wonderful place if you want the downtown experience!
