I have lived in 2 seperate apartments with Lexingtin On The Green. I started with a 1 bedroom and then upgraded to a 2 bedroom. They were so thoughtful and moved me to a location woth other children, so that my children would be able to easimake friends. I have also been throw several ownership changes. These apartments and staff are consistent. When I upgraded the apartment was newly removaed and refreshing. Since then I have seen several upgrades. This includes the interior, exterior, parking lot, and currently the game court, which is located in front of the laudry room and gym. It has never been over crowded in the gym or laundry room, which is a plus for introverted people like myself. My son loves the pool, which is conveniently surrounded by apartments. For the lucky people near by, this allows you to look on while your older swimming children enjoy themselves. My 2-year-old loves the park and hates to leave. My mom loves that the visitor parking is located in the shade. And the cherries on top are the super helpful maintenance men. If you’re considering apartment living you should definitely stop by and talk to someone.

    Living in location

Raleigh is the state capital of North Carolina and also one of the fastest-growing cities in the United States. Raleigh was initially built as a planned city after the American Revolutionary War in the late 18th century, and its downtown area still contains many historic buildings. Nowadays, Raleigh is best-known as part of the Research Triangle area, which also contains Durham and Chapel Hill. The Research Triangle is home to world-class technology companies and research universities like North Carolina State University, which attract renters from all around the world. Raleigh renters enjoy the city's trendy downtown area, which has a variety of fun food and nightlife options. While Southern food is particularly popular in Raleigh, there are many different cuisines represented here. Renters will also enjoy Raleigh's top-notch cultural institutions, which include the North Carolina Museum of Art and the North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences. Additionally, if you enjoy spending time outdoors, you'll love renting in Raleigh, as there are many beautiful lakes and hiking areas on the outskirts of the city.

    Renting in Raleigh, NC

The Raleigh area has developed at a rapid pace throughout the last few decades, and renters will find many new apartment buildings to choose from. Specifically, there's a mix of modern architecture and traditional colonial architecture, while historic properties complement the new developments. The city is also very green, with lots of trees and open space for renters to enjoy. Meanwhile, in the downtown area, renters will find many mid-rise apartment buildings, as well as some townhomes. Outside of downtown, most neighborhoods consist of single-family homes for rent. These neighborhoods have a traditional suburban feel and are not particularly walkable. Notably, because Raleigh has boomed in recent several years, rental prices have been increasing and are higher than they are in many other cities in the south. Competition for apartments in the area is also quite high.
