Montecito

We recently had to have our HVAC replaced and the process was incredibly smooth. The office staff coordinated and communicated everything smoothly. All the Montecito and contractor personnel we dealt with were courteous, respectful, and professional. They did their work in the most efficient and unobtrusive manner they could and were mindful of keeping everything clean when they left. Great job all around.

Janet Jackson very energetic, passionate about her job. Her efforts are inspiring and her skills and style is very good and unique. Very rare to find someone like Janet. It is the truth and the honest truth. Because of Janet I sign the lease. I will go beyond my ability to refer a lot of clients to move to Montecito and I m 100% sure Janet will help them and provide them with the best possible service.

I was greeted by Ms Janet. I was very impressed with the quality of her service, Hospitality, help with the process. Ms Janet is great listener, she asked what I m looking for and I was able to see the exact details of the apartment, the size, the light and the second floor and how beautifully was the process from the beginning to the end.

I moved in June 2025 and all is going very well . Maintenance is very responsive, Janet J is always sweet and helpful. If she is not available at that time she gets back to you before the end of the day. My neighbors are respectful and friendly. It is pretty quiet which surprised me considering the size of the complex and its location.

The Montecito is a quiet community. The leasing management team (Shout out to Janet and Bonnie) is responsive and provides adequate notice if there is going to be any entrance needed into the apartment. If there are planned outages you are notified so you can make appropriate plans. You can count on replacing the air filters and checking the smoke detectors twice a year when the time changes. The property landscape, and outside buildings are well maintained. The outside building is power washed, along with the breezeways and patios. Buildings are smoke free or going smoke free, and more units are getting washers and dryers. There are a few laundry buildings, for the community but I found walking to laundromat was more convenient with larger and faster equipment. There are three pools, the one next to the exercise building is my favorite. The maintenance team is amazing. In the middle of the night, on the weekends, whenever, their response is immediate. If they can't resolve, they get the needed professional in and quickly. At all times the office will keep you updated. If you want super quiet, go for the one bedrooms between Colby and Hardimont. Love the older construction. There are no assigned resident spaces but parking has not been a problem. I can walk to three different grocery stores, fast food, pizza, coffee and full service restaurants. I seldom take my car out. There is a bus stop right outside the buildings along Hardimont, and at the top of Colby. One is a line to Downtown and the other is a loop to Mid-Town and North Hills. The best Shopping and concerts, and Farmers Market. Just walk up to Wake Forest Rd, and you can go anywhere in Raleigh, Cary and Durham.

I have resided in this community for over a year and have been thoroughly impressed. The residents are friendly and the neighborhood is peaceful. Management has consistently demonstrated responsiveness and support, with Janet Jackson providing exceptional assistance.
