Ask for pricingProperty reviewsAli M. on Mar 8, 2022Wow can I say living here is the spot. You have amazing staff that always wants to go the extra mile and takes care of their people. From, different food trucks to always making sure maintenance is up to date you will have it all! The pool in the summer time is always great because of the gas grills, and everyone tags along. Not only the staff, but the apartment quality is out of this world. I loved living here but I moved for work! You live so close to downtown and right next to all the major shops. Erin and Jonathan were always my number one people to go to if I had any questions. The staff that does repairs, out of this world! They always made sure everything was spick and span before they left to ensure anything wasn’t leaking or not working. They still are adding so many different amenities to this area, and the prices you cant beat. Seriously in Asheville Ive seen WAY more expensive apartments, and this one beats ALL of them. You should definitely consider living here either short term or long term either or.. You will not be discouraged!!! Welcome to Ascot Point!!
Anonymous on Jan 25, 2022I love the updated interiors. The apartments are pretty well insulated from each other so I don't hear much from the neighbors. The property manager Jonathan has been very helpful in getting any issues handled with grace and timeliness. I appreciate the staff for all they do.
