The Pet Fee does not cover damages to the interior or exterior of the apartment or townhome. Residents are responsible for any damages or waste from pets in common areas of the community and are required to obey all city, county, and state laws. Small fish tanks under 10 gallons.    Pet Fee (Non-Refundable): $350 for the first pet $200 for the second pet In addition to the non-refundable pet fee, a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet will apply.
