Slow to do maintenance jobs. Trees still down all over property. Apts old alot appliances not good. Manager not very nice at times very blunt. Alot of money for old apts. black Mildew all over apts.

Haw Creek Mews

Close to downtown. Townhouses too hot on second level in summer and too cold upstairs in winter. Only 1 Garbage bin runs over constantly or broke

Overall great place

I love it here. It’s a quiet neighborhood but you're only a short drive away from downtown Asheville. Creekside tap house and penny cup coffee just down the street is so convenient. Very clean apartment with nice appliances. I recommend!
