Why Renters Love It Here

Renters at Bear Creek Apartments appreciate the well-maintained and clean apartments, responsive and excellent maintenance services, and the accommodating office staff. The remodeled units, featuring new appliances, fixtures, and a mix of hardwood floors and new carpeting, are particularly liked. Residents enjoy ample parking, nice playgrounds, outdoor lounging areas, and two pools with lounging chairs for adults and children. Additional amenities include coin-operated washers and dryers, a computer area, a dog wash station, exercise equipment with 24-hour access, and a dog park. The property is quiet, set in a neighborhood of single-family homes, providing a peaceful living environment.

We have lived at this community for a couple years now and are loving everything this community has to offer! We are planning on staying at Bear Creek for as long as possible. The maintenance and office staff are great!

Excellent Affordable Living

I've been here over a year. The apartments are well maintained (excellent and responsive maintenance crew). The apartments are pretty nice and clean on move-in. Dogs are more than welcome here. I have 3. The area is lovely and safe. I would walk around at night no worries. The neighborhoods around us are homes and very well kept. West Asheville/Haywood St is just down the road plus numerous businesses around here.

Maintenance

I had a maintenance issue the other day and it was taken care of right away, and before he left he asked if there were any other issues that needed to be looked at. I told him about our stove not working right and he took care of it right then.
