We have lived in 5 different places since moving to NC a good number of years back now and never had an issue with mold like we did here. Like many maintenance issues with this place, it was clear after a couple months that the preexisting issue was glossed over rather than being delt with. There had clearly been mold in the apartment previously that was attempted to be covered by paint rather than dealing with the root issue, the leaky windows. We are so grateful to be out now and that my 6 year son with asthma can finally breathe well in his own home again.

This is a second home and love having a place to come and visit my new grandbaby and daughter. Love the area and the wonderful lady in the office is fantastic

Parking is awful. It would be nice to limit spaces to one or two per unit. The grounds are not kept well. Trees need to be cut back and undergrowth cleaned out. The old management company did that and the amount of bugs were minimal. Now there are spiders and bugs everywhere.
