The community at Preston Ridge apartments is supportive, maintenance is prompt and effective. The staff endeavors to provide a community experience catering to all the different peoples and pets, that call Preston Ridge home.

I recently moved into this apartment complex and would rate it a solid 4 out of 5. My move-in experience had several hiccups, and it took nearly two months to resolve all the issues. One notable concern is the presence of ants on the premises, so I highly recommend sealing all windows to prevent them from invading your space. On a positive note, the maintenance man, Nick, is amazing at his job. He truly alleviates the stress when it comes time for repairs and maintenance. While the appliances are basic and nothing to get excited about, the square footage in these units makes up for it. Additionally, the amenity spaces seem to be where all the money was spent, and they are all truly beautiful. I can't wait to use the dog wash! I do wish there were dog poop bins around the premises for easier disposal, which would greatly help us dog parents when cleaning up after our pets. Overall, this building has a lot of pros, and the cons are just part of renting in a new building. IMO

I have been here a few weeks, so far I love it here, with the exception of a small issue with the toilet, I am loving my community. I have and will continue to tell folks about Woodlyn on the Green! it is a beautiful apartment, and it is so quiet!
