I have lived at the property for 8 years. It has always been very peaceful, well-kept landscaping. I don't like that the quality on the inside no longer match the cost. I don't think those who have lived there prior to upgrades should have to pay more than what it is worth. The location is great but amenities need to be upgraded and inside decor for today's standards. The staff has always been amazing. Friendly, courteous and caring. All around great poperty.

We've lived here for 18 months. For the most part, we're pleased with our stay. Location is great, apartment facilities are adequate. The two pools are excellent, though the two gyms leave a bit to be desired. (Inadequately equipped for more than a couple of people at a time.) There are an unfortunate number of "Stop-sign Ignorers" (can be very dangerous) as well as a number of those that love to rev their loud cars to annoy everyone else. While that is not unique to this place, it would nonetheless appear that nothing ever gets done about it here. Our occasional requests for repairs have sometimes been carried out promptly, but at other times required repeated requests.
