I have a great living experince in Novel Cary. Me and my husband been living here for about 5 months now, and I honestly couldn’t be happier that i choose this place. The entire team from maintenance to leasing are amazing and always keeps everything well taken care of. very responsive and helpful. The common areas and hallways are cleaned multiple times and the whole place feel fresh and welcoming. Also this place is friendly and peaceful for all ages. Novel has great amenitis, club house and also kitchen for residents if they want to cook while they bring friends. Some of my favorites are vegetable garden, well equipped gym, game area and even free veggies and fruits perks for residents too. This is location is near to highway 55, with all stores at walkable distance. Just half mile away to parkside center where all resturants and theaters to go.

My husband and I have lived at this apartment since 8/16/24, and this has been our worst renting experience. Marina, Zac, and maintenance are good people! Since the first day of moving in, we have been having maintenance issues, even though we thought we were doing ourselves a favor by moving into a unit that no one has ever lived in. While there have been a myriad of issues with our unit and the apartment as a whole, I will only be talking about the worst and most personal one of all. We have experienced persistent water intrusion from the ceiling in the primary bathroom and have been unable to use the primary bathroom shower and bedroom due to these issues. This ongoing leaking situation has significantly disrupted our living conditions and quality of life. We have been nothing but patient with these people. Every time, they give us another excuse and blame the vendors who come out to fix the issue, saying that they are not doing their job right. Clearly, they need to stop being cheap and quit doing a ton of useless patchwork, vacate the two units, and get to the root of the problem. They have no plans of doing this as they have listed the unit as available to move in 5 days after we are supposed to move out. After dealing with this for 7 months and 15 days, we asked them to release us from the lease without a penalty, and Sara said she could not do anything for us, and she has to hold every tenant to the rule of giving two months' notice and paying out your lease if we choose to leave. After midnight, we experienced another water intrusion that night, so we went to the office to plead our case again! At that point, we were told to write a letter explaining everything we had been through so they could send it to their regional manager and see what she could do for us. We did that, and Zac emailed us 5 days after saying, “She said we would be able to let you out of the lease 30 days early!” What a slap in the face! I would not recommend anyone move here!

I love living here so far. I want to extend my lease for another 1 to 2 years after the current one expires. I work from home and the internet here is really challenging. Can we bring few more options like Google Fiber or Spectrum? AT&T has already sent 3 different routers and 2 technicians, but still not working properly. This can be the only reason, I might cancel early or not extend the lease.

Safe. Thr most outstanding fact about this complex is the extraordinary office staff! That they are front snd center when you walk in is bery unusual. Thr kindness, attention to details, appearance, personalities make it a joy to go to the office. In my year here nothing has ever slipped or gone by the wayside. Cold brew, veggie bins, coffee machine office soaces, a beautiful place to bribg your friends… i could go on and on. Keep it up ya’ll! Sandra, Ayla, Zack and our new staffer whise name I think is Rschel??!!! I hope I got that tight. I would like to see large commercial vehilcle park awY from the front doors. I believe that should be a mandate. This is a residential area. Commercial vehicles are just not meant to hog these small parking spaces.
