Awesome

I have lived at Alta Wren for almost 8 months now and I love living here. It has many nice amenities and it's close to everything. The office and maintenance staff are great and always willing to help you with any issues. I made the right choice by choosing to live here. It's been a great experience for me so far.

Nice apartments

Since I moved in it has been a wonderful experience, the apartments, beside being brand new, took great care of the details, they are spacious, with luxury finishes, lots of natural lighting, the common areas are very well maintained and clean, I feel like I am in a 5 stars hotel where I can relax in each of the amenities and enjoy my days off. In addition, the staff is very friendly and concerned about our comfort and stay. Eve and Bridgedtte, from the beginning have been fantastic, they always go out of their way to make sure you are as satisfied as possible. Maintenance is extremely quick to help with any issues. There are always events to share in the community, unfortunately I haven't been able to enjoy them all due to my work schedule, but I'm sure there will be good events for this summer so I can enjoy the beautiful pool! Highly recommend it!??????????

Wonderful experience so far

Moved in recently, loving every bit of the community. Staff is awesome, extremely prompt, hardworking and helping. Special mention to Bridgette and Eve. They worked extra hard to get us to move in earlier then our previous move in date. Beautiful community with great location and amenities. Thank you Alta Wren.

We Love All Our Residents, No Matter the Number of Legs Alta Wren knows that furry friends are just as much part of the family as anyone and that's why we are happy to be a pet-friendly property. A leash-free pet park and pet spa are among the amenities to make your four-legged loved ones as comfortable as you. Pet Fee $350.00 for the 1st pet, $150.00 for the second pet.  Monthly pet rent is $30.00.  2 Pet Limit.  NO weight restrictions. Pets will be subject to visual inspections. Resident(s) agree to comply with all community policies and will be required to sign a separate Animal Addendum. No aggressive breeds will be accepted. Breed restrictions: Akita, American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American or Bull Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Mastiff, Cane Corso, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pincher, Dogo, German Shepherd, Husky, Malamute, Neapolitan Mastiff, Pit Bull Rottweiler, Spitz, Stafford Terrier, Presa Canarios, Toso Inu, and Wolf-Dog Hybrid.
