We Love All Our Residents, No Matter the Number of Legs Alta Wren knows that furry friends are just as much part of the family as anyone and that's why we are happy to be a pet-friendly property. A leash-free pet park and pet spa are among the amenities to make your four-legged loved ones as comfortable as you. Pet Fee $350.00 for the 1st pet, $150.00 for the second pet. Monthly pet rent is $30.00. 2 Pet Limit. NO weight restrictions. Pets will be subject to visual inspections. Resident(s) agree to comply with all community policies and will be required to sign a separate Animal Addendum. No aggressive breeds will be accepted. I love living here
Im in my second year of living here and i wholeheartedly love this place. It really feels like a community here and ive met a lot of people through the events they host, people i can now say are my friends. The location is great and everything you could need is close by. I really appreciate the staff for all their hard work in keeping it clean and for their communication. Thank you Alta Wren! Thank you Adam, Sal, Julia, Jennifer, and Marianne!
Wonderful Place to Live
I’ve just renewed my lease! I love living here because it’s clean, there’s great events, and the location is unbeatable. My experience here has only been enhanced due to the friendly and helpful office staff - Julia, Jennifer, Adam, and Sal. Thank you Alta Wren for giving me a home that I will love forever!
Great place to stay!
Great place to stay and nice atmosphere! Some amenities are no longer in working condition (ie. Patio tv and fireoplace).
Alta Wren our Home in NC
Since the very first day we moved in (almost two years ago), residing at Alta Wren has been nothing less but true pleasure. The maintenance, leasing and management teams are truly exeptional and always put the residensts and their needs at first place. The building (and its areas) is alwysa very clean and maintained fabulously. Also, the location is perfect and close to big shopping centers. Besides, the apartment is very modern and has top notch kitchen cabinets and appliances. Alta Wren is a great place to live at for families and everyone.
Great Apartment Living
I have lived at Alta Wren for over 2 years now and have never had any bad experiences here. The office staff and maintenance staff are very competent and helpful. 5 stars to Natalia, Jennifer, Julia, Adam and Sal. The management team plans many fun events throughout the year. There are many stores and restaurants close by which makes it convenient for me. The amenities are excellent and the layout of the building is good. There are a variety of places in the building on the first floor where you can go to relax and read or just to get out of your apartment. I feel safe living here and would highly recommend Alta Wren to anyone considering living here.
