Sherri on Aug 12, 2022I really enjoyed the quiet and nice view from our apartment patio. The management and maintenance was great and on top of everything, The location is perfect and close to things. My only complaint is that their washers destroyed my 5 brand new bras ripping them up...Things would get caught and torn in the rubber seal, I'm guessing. They're on top of the snow plowing and the school buses drop the kids off at the front entrance.

I know none of you is responsible and your fielding the difficulty I am experiencing but the noise starts extremely early and it is loud. It’s Summer and I have to keep the windows closed??. Walking across the street and not being able to park on my own property due to wanting 100.00 off because I am not getting what I actually signed up for doesn’t seem fair and reasonable. It makes me feel disappointed. I should be able to get 100.00 off my rent and be able to park on my property so I feel safe at least, for all the inconvenience going forward for a long summer. Nathan S. on Sep 1, 2024I moved to the Aire MSP apartments a little over a year ago and just recently renewed my lease. The staff in the leasing office is very helpful and on top of everything. I never have to wait long if i need maintenace, and its very unique how quiet and peaceful my unit stays. The amenities our top notch anywhere from the game room to the quiet lounges and the unique bar and grill thats just an elevator ride away. Would recommend to anyone whos in need of an apartment!!
