Love it here and and the amenities are great since I golf and play pickleball, also the natural wood fire pits are going to be great for this winter. We are happy with everything!

I've lived at the Altis Grand for 6 months and it's been an excellent experience. First rate staff, property, maintenance team, and the amenities are world class. The location is excellent. It's located near schools, restaurants, grocery stores, and the expressway. I highly recommend the Grand Altis for any family looking for luxury apartment homes .

Ashton Oaks offers that quiet little hometown/community feel while being close to all the necessary stores/restaurants. Liz and her staff are warm, accommodating, and go above & beyond to meet the needs of their residents. The property itself is kept meticulously clean. It's quiet, peaceful, and feels safe. It's tucked away right off the highway, offering the best of both worlds : serenity and convenience. The bark park, gym, pool, and surrounding picnic/grilling areas are kept spotless and inviting at all times. The cabana room offers a great place to cook and eat while being near the pool deck. Lighting on the property at night keeps safety in mind, without being harsh or intrusive. Maintenance is always hard at work keeping the property clean and beautiful, while ensuring the residents have all their needs met, concerning maintenance requests. I can't think of a better place to call home in the NPR area. I've worked in property management since 2009 and this little community far exceeds all expectations for apartment living. 5 stars and then some! Liz, Sharon, Jerry, and Joe make Ashton Oaks feel like home.

I’ve lived here for over two years and I love it in any word the place is magnanimous. Very clean quiet friendly neighbors. Everyone seems to love it here the maintenance team my favorite is Joseph a.k.a. Joe friendly little guy that laughs my jokes most importantly, he really knows his stuff he can fix it recently I met Jerry. Also part of the maintenance after hours came and fixed my air conditioning when I thought it wasn’t cool enough and brother I like it cool management also Sharon and Elizabeth I love getting the notices about events. Meet neighbors that love it here the cost. seems a little high or maybe it’s just true that you get what you pay for the features and benefits that they offer here
