How does the saying go: A place for everything and everything in its place. That is very rarely so. From our experience in renting before. We find our little house so well designed and arranged we love it! Our outside space is perfect for us, And the staff are friendly and our neighbors too! We really enjoy the pool (very much). And the maintenance team our very quick to respond and resolve any problem. Everything is so close by we are really Happy here.

Ive lived here since 5/22-brand new, the complex wasnt quite complete and I love it. The Veterans is right there and convieniant for my commute. There were some issues on the property regarding drainage when I first moved in - but for the most part- thats been resolved. Its Florida and the rain can be heavy . One of the main reasons I am satisfied is because of Stephanie and Vinnie. Both are very very responsive. I havent had any real issues on my unit- but even minor issues or inquires are handled promptly. Recently submitted a request from maintenance for my door lock and within 10 min it was fixed. Sure - its a little pricey - but the pros outweigh any cons. The location of my unit is perfect- quiet - clean and parking is never an issue. Again- Stephanie and Vinnie provide an awesome level of customer service that is rare these days.

We love Avilla Suncoast because of the great management, excellent location, super quiet secluded property and the unit construction is solid and secure which helps us feel very safe in the event of a storm.

Great place! I have enjoyed living here and am tenewung my lease for another year. Clean and up to date.

I moved to Florida in July of 2023 and was shocked at the cost of renting (and buying) a home in Tampa. When I came across Avilla at Suncoast, I was ecstatic! The concept of villa living with your own private backyard was what attracted me. I moved in August 2023 and got a great deal on a 3 bd. The space is perfect and I really feel safe in this community. Living here is really like having my own home. The staff are friendly, the amenties are nice and if they were for sale, I would buy!

I've lived here for almost a year now. For the most part, its been great. Maintenance is great. The neighbors are nice and considerate, its nice and quiet, and we have plenty of privacy. The convenience of having a yard has been amazing. Now, for the downsides. To get a hold of anyone in the front office or get call backs has proven to be difficult and is frustrating. The one time I attempted to get in contact with the front office was because the trash people weren't taking my trash consistently and was becoming a problem considering the trash valet is part of our rent. I called the front office and left messages. I got a call back once and the person who answered played the blame game with me. "Maybe you are using the wrong trash bags, maybe you're putting too much." I explained to her I follow instructions just fine and I only put out one bag and it goes inside the trash can and placed in a visible spot. She said she would speak to valet and I never heard anything back. The only way this was resolved is because my husband had to speak directly to the valet trash guy and let them know our trash gets missed. He apologized and it hasn't happened since. Another thing that has frustrated me is that I pay $50 "smart home" fee and my "smart home" features stopped working my second month here. The office tells me to call Iapartments and Iapartments tells me to call the front office. It was too much back and forth so I have been using and old fashioned key to get in/out of my house and I go to my a/c to turn it up or down just like anyone that doesn't have a "smart home". The flooding and mud in the backyard anytime it rains is ridiculous. Especially when you have pets that can track mud back inside your home and you have to mop every time they come in. The appliances are stupid cheap and mess up often. All in all, you don't get what you pay for here. Its expensive and overrated.
