One of the most frustrating rental experiences we’ve ever had. The application system was clunky and broken, income verification didn’t work, and it took over a week to manually process—despite us telling them we were on a tight timeline. No one had a lease ready by our scheduled move-in day, and when we asked for just 2 extra days to set things up, they changed the lease terms after we applied—suddenly saying we’d need to sign a 14-month lease to keep our original price. We also asked about their 2-month concession promo and mentioned we might need to break the lease due to work. They never told us we’d have to repay the concession—something that should’ve been made clear up front. Instead, we got shifting terms, poor communication, and zero accountability from management. We ended up walking away, and they kept our $200 in application and pet fees—even though it was their process that fell apart. Be careful. They wasted our time and basically stole $200 from us. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
