Coral Key Living

I have lived on the property for almost 4 years. We have been through quite a few management companies and Coral Keys is the best management company we’ve had. The property looks wonderful, they are fixing everything up, the pool is fixed, the laundry room is finally in working order, there’s a Dog run. Maintenance is wonderful. They come in a timely fashion. Toni is absolutely wonderful. She actually answers when you call, text or email and she’s actually in the office when you go there and it’s very helpful with anything you need. I am happier, living here than I’ve ever ever been.

It's ok

Many changes in Management.Very confusing who owns the property and Rent Increases are Ridiculous. I've seen very good Changes with the Management in Place as of 3/21/24. Front Office is doing a Great Job.Very Happy it's quiet.

It's not a bad place if the apartments were renovated.

We have lived here almost 2yrs and we have had to deal with very loud neighbors above us and in the next building.

Toni and the maintenance guy have been very helpful and beyond. Toni was very helpful throughout the beginning process and move in and maintence came asap to dix anything i needed fixed. Toni is a wonderful person and we are blessed to have her as our property manager
