Staff is always very helpful. Maintenance is very prompt. The grounds are well kept and it is very quiet and away from street noise.

Like most apartment communities, parking in our specific building can be limited at times, but that’s fairly typical with apartment living and something you learn to plan around. It has not taken away from our overall satisfaction. What truly stands out is the professionalism and warmth of the staff. From the very beginning, they made us feel welcomed and valued throughout the entire leasing process. A special thank you to Egla, who went above and beyond to answer our questions, provide clear communication, and ensure everything moved smoothly. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind, which made a stressful move much easier. The community itself is well-maintained, peaceful, and has a comfortable atmosphere that feels like home. The grounds are kept clean, and any concerns we’ve had have been addressed promptly. Overall, we’re grateful for the positive experience and would definitely recommend Summer Lake Villas to anyone looking for a welcoming community with supportive staff.

if you live with people above you, the floor is so thin that you can hear their footsteps. The elevators don’t work, so if you’re moving, you have to carry everything up the stairs, even though there’s an elevator, because it doesn’t work. The staff is nice, but they have no sense of urgency.
