I'm in my 2nd year of a steady reduction in the quality of life here. The back gate has been broken for months. There is trash all over the grounds that is not being picked up by staff. People blast foul music so loud you can hear it across the complex. The grounds are just a big ashtray for smokers to throw their butts on.
