I love living here. it is a spacious, safe neighborhood with many amenities. The gym, the pools, the ponds, groups for activities, all for extra things to keep you busy. The maintenance is always spot on and there as soon as you call. The management is also always helpful. The people who live here are friendly and caring. This is a great over 55 community.

How in the world can a single woman, young or old making 40,000 a year ever for an apartment in this day and age it’s highway robbery all you people think jow can a personaking 40 a year afford this!! Its Robbery!!

I have lived here almost a year. The grounds are amazing. I feel safe with the gated entrance and key code to the gym. The gym has great machines, individual weights, and other options. We have two pools that are kept clean and have plenty of space for everyone. We pay rent and electricity. Everything else is included. No worrying about paying for cable, internet, trash, and anything else most places come up with. It is pretty quiet and everyone is friendly. I like having the garage and in-unit washer and dryer for easy access. Less money for storage off-site. I might stay awhile. Renting is so much easier than owning and worrying about insurance and taxes and repairs.
