I would give this place a negative rating if I could. I moved in in 2021, and the property manager at the time was the only thing that made it bearable. Once she left, it evolved like Cell into its final form: slumlord central. Over the past 3–4 years, the laundry room has caught fire multiple times and is now unusable, yet it is still advertised and charged as an amenity. Police and ambulances are here constantly for domestic incidents and medical emergencies. A homeless encampment contributed to the fires and destruction of the laundry room. The rent is absurd for what you get: A/C that breaks almost weekly, roach infestations, faulty electrical and plumbing, and management that is nearly impossible to reach. My apartment flooded while I was out of town because the toilet would randomly run despite having no clog. When a shower pipe burst, maintenance cut through the fiberglass tub surround instead of accessing it through the closet, leaving a huge hole that was never repaired despite multiple work orders. None of the exterior openings are properly sealed. Lizards regularly slipped under my front door, and there were huge wall cracks and a sagging ceiling. Management claims to be available Monday–Friday, 8–5, but contacting anyone is a multiday mission. I had to take days off work just to wait outside the office and hope someone showed up. That still leaves out the outrageous charges, discarded needles at the “dog park,” mold “testing” done with a finger swipe and sniff, and the overall lack of standards. If you are comfortable paying premium prices for slum-like conditions, this is the place for you. Otherwise, avoid it like the plague.

The property needs a lot of interior and exterior cosmetic repairs.
