I have lived here for over 5 years. I love the place. Staff is great, the apartments are clean. If you have a pet there is a real sense of community here.

There are many positives and only a few thins I would note as "negatives" for those like me to like to know everything before they move into a new building. Positives: great location, cement walls (barely can hearing any neighbors), pet friendly, amazing staff and maintenance, good gym, nice rooftop area with grills, hot tub and sauna. Negatives: parking is expensive, poor air/heat circulation as there is no window in the bedroom (this might only be specific to our 1 bedroom), hot tub is only open during the summer months, minimal storage. Overall the positives out-weight the negatives. We have loved living here and the staff have made it wonderful- they are very helpful, warm and welcoming, but still respect privacy and make you feel at home!

I've lived here for about 2 years and have been very happy with the decision. The location is excellent, a short trip to many destinations in Minneapolis & St Paul. While there aren't many businesses within walking distance (though there are some great ones), Midway, Prospect Park, & Stadium Village are very close and have tons of shops and restaurants. The building is kept clean and well maintained, and has tons of amenities. My favorites are the parcel locker and coworking spaces, which I really appreciates as someone who works from home. And I really love my apartment. My favorite features are the large windows, large bathroom mirror, and modern appliances. I also really love my apartment's floor layout, which makes my otherwise small studio apartment feel a bit more spacious. Also the staff are great. I don't have to interact with them too often, they do a great job keeping things running in the background. But when I do they're always friendly.

Anonymous on Dec 29, 2021I have lived here for more than a year. What I like about the apartment is its location. It is close to all kind of stores. What I don't like is the maintenance part, once you complain about something they don't reply quickly. They must improve.

Convenient Location, between downtown Minneapolis & St Paul. Beautiful Building, my dog LOVES the Rooftop Dog Park. Smaller building, so its quieter but still plentyvof amenities

The place is only as good as its tenants, and maintenance staff. Both are good enough, but the age of the building will only present more challenges. Raising rent rates and laundry might seem like a good idea, given the economic climate, but it also comes across as a bit tone def to your tenants. I expect that you will keep pushing that boundary in the name of profits. We'll see how that works out for everyone. Kudos for the low electric bills, though, for the time being. Overall it is great place to live, and I, for one, will continue to keep it that way.

Leslie on Jan 4, 2023I moved in three months ago. I am very comfortable with the place. It suits my needs perfectly. I need a quiet place to sleep as I have insomnia. Even the street noise is easily cut down with an air purifier turned up to high. The residents and staff are friendly, but not intrusive. Gossipy troublemakers have been a common problem in some apartments I have fled before. These people all seem to be about their lives and business and goals. There is a healthy vibe to living here. The units are on the small side, but very well designed. I have been able to arrange my small space into a functional sleeping/working space. And that is a good thing because we have had a lot of snow days this winter. There is an indoor package delivery and mailbox area so packages are secured from box thieves. I did a lot of reconnaissance work and found a hidden gem in these troubled times. It was one of the smartest moves I have ever made.
