Between Pinehurst and Highland

Hopefully, now that the pandemic has faded, the expected quality of the Finn community spaces will rise to meet the promises inferred. *if coffee in the lounge is an expectable amenity, it would be nice to have it consciously and reliably filled (*not oops, we forgot to order) we hope the rest of the journey will not be filled with such slights and omissions.

Finn

We are hopeful that the firepit in the community room will be restored. Iveived here more than a year and would like to enjoy the community room. The chill in the room would be off-set by the warmth and fglow of the ammenity. Thank you.

Nice Overall

Very nice location and building. Feels very safe and it's generally pretty quiet. The common areas are always clean. The building is also dog friendly with a nice little dog wash and dog park attached to the garage/building for residents. The biggest complaint I have is in regards to maintenance. There were several areas when I moved in that had simply had not been cleaned (Garbage on the walls/inside of the pullout bins, a steak knife stuck in the dishwasher drain, etc.). There were also issues with the drain and one of the doors not closing, which I noted on my move-in report and later submitted a work order for. Almost 3 months after moving in and a month since placing the work order and I haven't even heard from the maintenance decision. Finally had someone else come fix it. Also some billing issues where I signed up for autopay, then was contacted the next month saying my rent hadn't been paid and charging an overage, this month I received a utility bill for the first time that says I've missed payments and have to pay a late fee(this is the first time I've been asked for payment). I do really like the building and staff and I wouldn't move out because of these issues, but it is quite annoying at times.
