This is a very friendly, clean and quiet community. Kellie, the property manager is friendly, attentive to the residents needs and and answering questions. Ciprion (?sp) is friendly and attends to work orders in a timely fashion.

I have lived her 14 months and do not have any complaints. I grew up in this neighborhood and love it. This is a very clean building with a great property manager in Kelli and Ciprion (?sp) the maintenance person, Deloris and Tommy the cleaning staff. A lot if not most of the residents are from the West End and we really do have a community feeling here. I highly recommend Osceola Place.

I'm starting my 3rd year and I'm very happy. Thank You. I liked Tony, I like Kelli, I liked Tom our Maintenance Man, I adore Cyprian and things are right with the world. Your staff takes good care of me and I feel safe. I ask very little and whatever I do ask, my wishes are answered, thank you. I try very hard to not be selfish with the water/heat/AC/noise, and I love my summer garden.
