No place like home!

Since the day I walked in through the office door, I was was greeted by pleasant faces and great energy. My unit is beautiful and I’m proud to call it my new home. I’m really excited to start my new lease here and see how the community is. So far I’m loving every part of it thank you River Crossing Apartments for making my move in as pleasant as you guys are.

Good- except for maintenance

The apartments are really nice on the inside – the parking is good – the pool is pretty small, but it’s taken care of well and is clean- my only problem is the maintenance. When they actually come – they fix the problem – but sometimes it is only foxed the 2nd or 3rd try, & it literally takes at least 4 to 9 times of asking them to come fix your problem before they actually come. They claim it’s because they’re understaffed – but I have been living here 10 months now and they still have not fixed the “staffing problem.” They could’ve very easily found more people to work maintenance in this time, but they simy havent.

Overall decent

Location is great, neighbors are very quiet. Maintenance sometimes takes a bit long to address issues, but they have 3-4 buildings to attend to. Overall its a decent place to live.
