Pets allowed. We allow a maximum of 2 cats or dogs per apartment and require proof of vaccinations. The refundable pet deposit is $300 and the pet rent is $50/month per pet. We allow caged birds (max 2) and we do allow fish if the fish tank does not exceed 20 gallons in capacity. No snakes, rodents, reptiles, insects, or other mammals are allowed. There are no fees for ESA or service animals. If you have questions about what documentation is needed for a service animal, please reach out to the leasing office.
